Openings hours for visitors:

Friday January 30, Saturday January 31 and Sunday February 1, 10am – 6pm.

Fares

The stand map shows layout and location of stands – note Taxes Excluded at the stand map.

Build-Up Stand:

Price per m2 DKK 1,837.50 incl. VAT.

Build-Up Stands are not furnished. Tables, chairs and spot lights can be rented or you can bring what you need.

Electrical connection is included, 1 x 220V power outlet (maximum 920W), please bring your own multi plug outlet. Please note that power is turned off at night.

The walls are 2.5 m in height, white and has a sloth for a 20 cm (height) frieze strip.

Table Stand:

A table stand is exclusively for the sale of products, information about courses, etc. – not for sessions/treatments.

One table (w x l) 80 x 180 cm + 2 chairs are included for DKK 3,343.75 incl. VAT.

Electricity is not incl., can be bought additionally for DKK 875 incl. VAT.

Appropriate Stand Behaviour

All usage of stands must be according registration form. Other requests of usage must be approved by organizers (Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne).

Any distributions of foods and beverages are prohibited.

Animals are not allowed (except service animals).

Advertising or to sell stands for other expos is prohibited.

KODA fees are to be paid by individual exhibitor, not by Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne.

Anything sold, offered or advertised must follow Danish Legislations.

Taping on premises are only permitted, if a special tape is used. This special tape is sold at The Information Desk.

The Information Desk lends special gallery hooks in different dimensions (Fee DKK 10).

No part of an exhibit, signs or other materials may be posted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors or floor surfaces in a way that will mar or deface the premises. Any such activity will be charged to the exhibitor listed for the stand.

Table stand areas will be marked on the floor. Any kind of shielding such as walls and roll-ups must be placed behind exhibitors own table, to ensure visibility of neighbouring table stand.

Exhibitor stand personnel and representatives may not enter the exhibit space of another exhibitor without permission from that exhibitor. Attendants, models and other employees must confine their activities to the contracted exhibit space.

Demonstration areas must be organized within the contracted exhibit space. Should spectators or samplers interfere with the normal traffic flow in the aisle or overflow into neighbouring exhibits, Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne reserves the right to require the exhibitor to immediately discontinue the activity.

Professional behaviour is expected by each company, its representatives and exhibitor-appointed contractors at all times during the expo.

Final Registration

Your registration will be handled personally. A registration confirmation will be sent to you when we have received your registration. Please read the registration confirmation carefully and check whether it is in compliance with your data.

Please be aware that stand number can be changed, location will remain the one agreed upon. We will contact you in case your stand number changes.

Payment Settings / Invoicing

Signup more than 4 months prior to the expo

Rate 1 = 30% of the stand rent is invoiced at registration – due 8 days after date of invoice

Rate 2 = 30% is invoiced with due 4 months prior to the expo

Rate 3 = 40% is invoiced with due 2 months prior to the expo

Signup 2 months prior to the expo

Rate 1 = 60% of the stand rent is invoiced at registration – due 8 days after date of invoice

Rate 2 = 40% is invoiced with due 2 months before the expo

When registering less than 2 months before the expo

100% invoiced at registration – due 8 days after date of invoice

Last Minute Signup

Total fare is due before the expo opens.

Any update or change in payment method, such as splitting invoice between exhibitors or choosing to pay in more than 3 transactions are charged DKK 31.50.

Invoices on table stands cannot be split between exhibitors.

Delayed payments are charged DKK 100, per reminder.

At payment from foreign country account we charge a fee of DKK 125 per. Invoice

You will receive invoices and confirmations by mail.

Expo Catalogue

The catalogue is free for all visitors at the expo. It contains information on all stands: Name of exhibitor, company name, phone number, website and a short description of the stand essence and offers. (maximum 200 characters). Your registration form is the basis for this information, hence the importance of correctly filled out information. Please check confirmation mail to insure everything is as it should be. Quickly forward any corrections or changes to messer@daninfo.dk.

Exhibitor’s Forum (UdstillerForum)

You gain access to our Exhibitor’s Forum (in Danish) at our website www.krop-sind-ånd.dk, here you’ll find practical information regarding the expo, advertising, furniture, request for talks, workshops and more.

Exhibitor’s Badge

Only exhibitor stand personnel and representatives are allowed to wear the badges. A badge must be worn visibly at all times, and is to be shown upon entrance.

To invite you family and friends, used the mailed guest cards.

Badges are pre-ordered per form and can be picked up at the Information Desk upon arrival. If only one badge is needed, no pre-order is required.

Set Up and Dismantling

Set-up:

Stand construction and decoration may take place from Thursday 3pm – 10pm and Friday from 8am – 10am. All decorating must be done by 10am Friday, when the expo opens for visitors.

Dismantling:

It is prohibited to begin taking down decorations or display before 6pm Sunday, when the expo officially closes, this will be announced per speaker system by the organizers.

Exhibitors must clear their stands and have everything out of the expo area by 9pm Sunday. Please make sure to leave your stand neat, free of trash and left-over tape from walls and such. If organizers or handymen find leftover tape, exhibitor will receive an invoice for the inconvenience.

Marketing

Advertising for the expo will be spread through different medias in Copenhagen and nearby areas. Additionally, we advertise on Social Media and other relevant platforms and forums.

We invite local and national press, radio and television.

As an exhibitor, you are an important link in our marketing chain. Please use your professional and private network to spread the word of our amazing event.

Cancellation Policy

All request for cancellation of space must be received in writing forwarded to messer@daninfo.dk. Any cancellation will be invoiced a fee, 30% of total fare.

We will only permit cancellation and refund at least 2 months before the expo, later than 2 months prior to the expo will be charged total fare.

When requested cancellation, no shows or outstanding payments, organizers of Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne may dispose of stands as wished, without any compensation to the exhibitor.

Responsibility and Insurance

Products and materials displayed are left at exhibitor’s expense. The organizers will not be hold responsible for lost materials. We recommend exhibitors to contact their own insurance company and get a specific insurance that covers such affairs.

Fire instructions must be followed at all times.

Expo Cancellation

Should the Expo be cancelled or location changed, due to circumstances beyond the control of Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne including, but not limited to: acts of God, labour strike, destruction of exhibit facility or orders from the authorities. Krop-Sind-Ånd Messerne shall not be liable for any consequential cost or loss that may arise from such cancellation. Paid stand rent is refunded to the participants who are registered as exhibitors at the time when the expo is canceled/moved.
